The RigMaster: Guitar Tone Dialer mobile application (the "App") is developed and published by Ant BioCode (Belgrade, Serbia).

RigMaster is an intelligent tone dialing and amplifier setup companion for guitarists. We believe in privacy by design: your gear, your custom presets, and your sound preferences remain strictly on your device.

Please review this Privacy Policy to understand how information is treated when using the App.

1. No Personal Data Collection or Sale

RigMaster does not collect, harvest, sell, or rent your personal data, contact information, identity, or browsing history. We operate no advertising platforms or data-monetization servers.

  • Local Storage Only: All equipment entered into your Garage (guitars, pickups, amplifiers, effects pedals) and all saved tone presets are stored solely on your device using secure local storage.
  • Offline Tone Modeling: Core tone calculation, equalization curve modeling, and knob positions are generated directly on your device via our deterministic tone engine without requiring internet access.
  • No User Accounts: You do not need an account, password, email address, or phone number to access the full functionality of the App.

2. Device Permissions

  • No Sensitive Permissions: The App does not require access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, or biometric data.
  • Network Access: Standard internet permission is used exclusively for optional interactions with the MATE AI tone assistant and for opening external developer web links when tapped.

3. MATE AI Assistant & Network Communication

RigMaster features an optional hybrid assistant powered by MATE AI for in-depth gear questions and song analysis.

  • When you explicitly query the AI assistant, the App transmits only the technical context necessary to answer your request (such as your guitar model, amplifier model, pedal list, and requested song title or style).
  • No personal identities, advertising IDs, or user profiles are attached to these requests.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, commercial analytics trackers, or social media tracking pixels.

5. Data Control and Deletion

  • You can edit or delete any gear piece or custom preset at any time within the App.
  • You can completely wipe all App data at any time by clearing storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Because the App collects no personal information, RigMaster is safe for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update this policy periodically. The most recent version with an updated "Effective Date" will always be accessible at this URL.

Mobilnu aplikaciju RigMaster: Guitar Tone Dialer („Aplikacija“) razvija i izdaje Ant BioCode (Beograd, Srbija).

RigMaster je digitalni asistent za podešavanje gitarskih pojačala, pedala i tonova. Naš princip je maksimalna privatnost: vaša oprema, sačuvani preseti i zvučne preference ostaju isključivo na vašem telefonu.

Molimo vas da pažljivo pročitate ovu Politiku privatnosti kako biste razumeli kako se rukuje podacima tokom korišćenja Aplikacije.

1. Bez prikupljanja i prodaje ličnih podataka

RigMaster ne prikuplja, ne čuva, ne prodaje i ne deli vaše lične podatke, kontakte, identitet niti navike korišćenja. Nemamo reklamne servere niti sisteme za monetizaciju podataka.

  • Isključivo lokalno čuvanje: Svi podaci uneti u vašu Garažu (gitare, magneti, pojačala, pedale) i svi sačuvani preseti čuvaju se samo na vašem uređaju u lokalnoj memoriji.
  • Oflajn modelovanje tona: Proračun ekvilajzera, odziva pojačala i pozicija potenciometara obavlja se direktno na telefonu pomoću našeg algoritma, bez potrebe za internetom.
  • Bez korisničkih naloga: Za rad sa Aplikacijom nije potrebna registracija, prijava, lozinka, imejl niti broj telefona.

2. Dozvole na uređaju

  • Bez osetljivih dozvola: Aplikacija ne traži pristup kameri, mikrofonu, kontaktima, lokaciji, fotografijama niti biometriji.
  • Pristup internetu: Standardna mrežna dozvola koristi se isključivo za opcioni MATE AI asistent i za otvaranje veb linkova izdavača na vaš zahtev.

3. MATE AI asistent i mrežna komunikacija

RigMaster nudi opcioni hibridni asistent pokretan MATE AI tehnologijom za napredne tonske savete i analizu pesama.

  • Kada pošaljete pitanje asistentu, šalju se isključivo tehnički parametri potrebni za odgovor (model gitare, pojačala, pedale i naziv pesme ili stila).
  • Uz zahteve se ne vezuju nikakvi identifikatori korisnika, uređaja niti reklamni profili.

4. Usluge trećih strana

Ne koristimo alate trećih strana za oglašavanje, analitiku, praćenje korisnika niti statistiku ponašanja.

5. Kontrola i brisanje podataka

  • Svaki komad opreme ili preset možete promeniti ili obrisati u bilo kom trenutku direktno u Aplikaciji.
  • Sve podatke možete trajno izbrisati brisanjem podataka aplikacije u podešavanjima telefona ili deinstalacijom Aplikacije.

6. Privatnost dece

Pošto Aplikacija ne prikuplja nikakve lične podatke, RigMaster je bezbedan za korisnike svih uzrasta i ne prikuplja podatke o deci mlađoj od 13 godina.

7. Izmene Politike privatnosti

Ovu Politiku privatnosti možemo povremeno ažurirati. Najnovija verzija sa ažuriranim „Datumom stupanja na snagu“ uvek je dostupna na ovoj stranici.
